I have no clue anymore, all I know is that I have a lot of Sundances and dirty tangled G1s, and oh god I am so sick of collector pose ponies; tons of G4s to the point where I forget which ones I even have anymore, just tons of Rainbow Dash, Pinkie, Luna, Twilight, Cadence, and so many MiB collecting dust in a box; and enough G3s to insulate my house with. I don't even want most of the G3s anymore at the moment, I may just shove em all in a few boxes and sell them in lots. So tired of tripping over piles of baby princess whatevers and Sweetberries! I am so disorganized, it's just depressing at this point, I used to be able to memorize my G4 and G1 collections, but that's not even close to true anymore. And that's not to say anything about the Blind Bags, Funkos, EQG dolls, and Plushies!
As for G2s, I could count how many unique ones I have on just two hands, though I couldn't tell you what their names are. I do quite like them though, but I'll likely never collect more unless they just so happen to show up anywhere.
One day I'll need to sort everything out...

Costco, of course.
Oh well, another pony I'll never get!
I'd much prefer if she had the same eye shape as her current brushables though. :/

Funko may simply not have been as pleased with how the grayish-white DJ turned out and wanted to try something different for Rarity... DJ is a WHITE white pony, and Rarity is white touched with gray... but DJ's clear figure of course looks gray, and so to make it plain for Rarity's gray hue they made her that smokey milky clear variety?
DJ is a slightly yellowish white pony..

Sometimes I feel like all everyone wants anymore is JUST the glitters. I guess Funko knew what would make money, but jeez.

I always thought people buying in bulk and then returning all/most the non-glitters to the store is pretty low in my opinion. It just doesn't seem fair at all to me, but I don't like glitters in the slightest, so I don't get why many people like them so much.

Hmm I wonder if she would be a good base for a certain other grey pony who has blond hair?
Except she already has a brushable too, wings, and isn't actually grey.

Is it bad that these are my favorite G1 set?

In my set, both had horrible hair, and I'm frustrated, as I saw many people had the set with GOOD hair. Urgh.

Mine is the lighter haired one, and I assume that's the more normal one, as the pony version has the exact same hair color, do it'd be silly to assume one is a variation without knowing which one was more common in the first place, or if it was equal.

Okay good, didn't want the exclusive to be something amazing.
I just wouldn't be happy with the idea of a super expensive discord or luna exclusive or something.

I have the first four Rainbow Rocks basic dolls, they all have lovely soft hair. Nothing like the dry, coarse, frizzy messes that came with the first releases of the old dolls. But not quite as super super shiny, slippery and "wet" looking as the good hair first dolls. They seem like kind of a nice inbetween. And as QueenGusty said, they have a lot more hair rooted in there - I've found Twilight and Fluttershy to have a moderately thick amount, Pinkie and Rainbow have very thick voluminous hair. Pinkie almost has too much, as soon as you jostle her the bouncy curls are flipping this way and that around her ears and need to be fixed. No more bald spots underneath a hair curtain for these dolls.
Yeah, this, not as good as the good first dolls, but nothing bad either.

Nothing can ever be exclusive to a store near me. It's a curse.
I would have totally bought her if she was easy to get, but nope!
Well fine then, hasbro, clearly you want me to just buy the dolls! I think I will.

The closest comic shop that seems to be near to me that would even sell things like this is in another state. ;.;
