Floating box with thread preview?

I see we have a new feature of a floating box with a preview of the thread. Is there a way to turn this feature off (for individual users)? I mainly view the Arena on my iPhone & the floating box is kind of difficult to deal with. Thanks!

I'll see if individuals can turn it off, but in the meantime I suppose I can give it a slightly longer delay before it pops up.

EDIT: Ah yes, I can make a "no tooltip" membergroup and add you into it. That's probably the best way.

EDIT again: Okay, I made it and added you into it. Please let me know that 1) the floating box is gone and 2) if anything else went wonky (like being able to open spoilers, etc). It shouldn't, but I like to know just in case.

Edit: I spoke too soon! I was just browsing the Nirvana Sale forum & the floating box is back. When I was in the Corral & FiM forums a few minutes ago, it didn't come up.

How is the box supposed to work? Is it like a preview for a certain amount of time? I'm actually having to jump to another board to make it go away now, as I can't click any other threads on the board I'm viewing because the box blocks everything on the phone screen.

That's quite all right. Perhaps the person who created the add-on will fix it so it can be optional.

Oh, thank you so much for disabling that feature.  I didn't want to bring it up, since I know you guys work hard to bring fun new features to the board, but it was so annoying when accessing from my phone.
