Does Anybody know Ebay Member Frostedumbrella?

Does anybody know her? She has been bidding on one of my ponies on Ebay Germany, she even messaged me before, asking if I would ship to the USA before she bid. Than yesterday she deleted her bid, saying her car broke down and she can not afford the pony. She is from the US and only has currently around two feedback.

Unfortunately while she wasted your time, eBay allows for bids to be retracted. Sure her car breaking down really does not fit the criteria for retracting it but they don't really look into that. As long as she followed the rules for retracting it they will follow through. The only time you cannot retract a purchase is if it is made through a Buy It Now listing. Once you confirm your purchase through a BIN, you are obligated to pay the seller.

Plus I would rather my bidder back out while the auction is still running, then to wait till they win and not pay.  Then you have the aggravation of that to go through.
