I really like this swap so far.. I love spoiling people, and it's nice because it seems like a lot of other people are putting in lots of effort too.. so we all get to spoil and be spoiled!! n__n

Tiki for some of your stickers you can send singles just not all of the stickers

Hmmm..I may have to rethink my strategy. Some of the ones I won off ebay - the sellers just had one sheet of them.
The ones I got locally are all packages though

Yea I have noticed a trend with ebay sellers that they unpack stickers and sell just one sheet.  However it is common for some stickers to be only one sheet even in their package.  I think you will be fine as long as the bulk is packaged. I have several that are not packaged but there is a reason for that as that is how they come to begin with.  Before you change your idea there write True and send her a photo. I am sure she can tell you better than me.

Oh yea if they are vintage thats totally different really.  Vintage stickers are very special...even one sheet.  Was it a USA seller?  Good grief that is high.  I wonder if they are just charging that because its what they want for the stickers.  Like say they start them at 1.00 but they want at least 3.00 and it costs 1.00 to ship then they tack on that high shipping rate?  If its international it may be a normal rate.

Most are USA sellers.
I have seen a few sellers in Asia that offer free shiping  I seem to be willing to pay for the ones that have the higher priced stickers but cheaper/free shipping then the ones that have cheaper stickers but $4 domestic shipping. Plus the Japanese ones are so much cuter IMO

Japanese stickers are higher anyway.  They can be like 3-4 dollars for just one sheet.  I know what you mean, the Japanese are sticker kings.

I just wanted to say that I am SO excited- I have done all of the shopping for actual stickers and now moving on to the goodies and spoiling part I'm really excited to get it all done and ship it out and see if my partner likes it all!

Edit: Sent a picture, even though what I photographed is not even half of the stuff- a lot is still coming.

Yes check the first page swap information where the dates are for shipping.  I have not done this with a swap either.  Each swap is different and the swap hosts have different ways of doing things.  It seems like each swap I am in something new is in the rules.  Like I was in one where we could not post links to our wanted list.  I had to put my whole list in the thread. That was new and unusual to me.  I just put my stickers in a pile on the table and snapped one photo. I didn't photograph my extras.

yep the midpoint check in does require a photo. You are only required to take a photo of the stickers you have now, you can add in photos of extras if you like, and you do NOT have to be finished shopping for stickers. like I said this is only a mid point check in. Just one picture with your stickers on a table is fine.

i know it says the week of the 17th, but you can send them starting now if you like. Please PM me only, do not post pictures of swap stickers in this thread! My partner please send your photo to kaoskat, and shell let me know youve sent it. ^^

Tiki I think you're fine, but if you're still not sure, PM me and we can figure it out.

I am definitely re-writing this swap info next year because the "per sticker" price is a little confusing and I think unnecessary. I think its just going to be a flat price "spend this much on stickers" weather it be brand new or vintage so long as its a full sheet at the very least,  and anything from your personal collection will be considered extras. I have more details to hammer out but i think that might make things a little bit easier.

Oh yea I keep forgetting the difference between single sheets you buy and single sheets from a personal collection. Sorry Tiki...I got that confused.

True its amazing every time this swap goes on there are always new things to consider huh?
