I'm so jealous. That's a pet from Cutie Princess by Chap Mei. I have been searching for them for quite a while. I have only been able to find a pic of one of the other sets.

Both the deer and the cat also came in blue.

Just wanted to let you know, Wardah... I've been keeping my eyes peeled for you because I know how badly you want this set. Sadly I haven't found anything though... or if I have, haven't recognized it. :(

That deer is way cute! Something about the style reminds me of Shimmers, which I also love and collect. (I only have the deer taur so far though- they are my favorites. So cute!)

I actually used to have a plush pony growing up that made almost the exact same galloping and neighing noises when you'd press her foot, but she also played music and lit up. I loved that toy... I might still have her, but in the shed where it's hard to reach. :(

Whenever I think of Rinse n Spits, I always think of this song.

Pony Corral / Re: Holidays & thrifting

My mother and I did some holiday thrifting yesterday and decided to make it a tradition. :)

We also found that while there was a crowd, it wasn't really a packed crowd. I guess the amount of business is affected just by your local area.

No ponies for me, btw, but I did find some nice toys and a very nice Christmas haul. Congrats on your finds, Squirmy. That Sea Pony looks practically mint!

Is it anything like this, Jocelyn? I traded for her a couple months ago... I think it was prom NoPonySpecial, but I did so many trades back in October that I'm not sure I remember exactly who gave me what.

She's a fakie of the Magic Meadow ponies, and likely one of the first to exist. I don't really have much info on these other than that I collect them- I just love how they have little hearts on their hooves!

EDIT: Well that's an unfortunate size! Sorry, Arena. I'll hide the link under a spoiler.

Gonna drop a comment here for updates, because we're in a similar predicament and I'd love to see how you guys are doing! My mother bought some snowglobes at an auction as a present for my cousin and uncle, but the glue holding the figures inside had come loose, making the rest of the water really murky and gunky.

We've been doing some research on how to fix them... some snowglobes are put together with plugs, like pony heads, but not all of them apparently. Also, don't use pure water inside, but add some glycerin too. Apparently, you can find the stuff at some craft stores, but we've been unsuccessful. Glycerin acts as an antifreeze and will prevent the water inside from freezing, and it may or may not also protect it from algae. To minimize that problem, keep it out of direct sunlight.

If you want to save the snow inside, a trick I've read is to dump the water slowly, saving as much of the snow/glitter as you can. Then, when you've got just a little puddle on the inside, use a paper towel as a filter to collect the rest of the glitter. Let it dry, and then you can just dump it inside when it's dry and ready.

Good luck! We haven't attempted any of this yet, but this is all still some really nice "theory" that we've found during our research of trying to find a way to repair ours.

EDIT: I guess I got a little ahead of myself and somehow missed Karma's advice.  :P Which is very good advice, so thank you as well, Karma!

Punk Locket... Plocket? Or Plunket?

No, but really, she's beautiful, as are all of your rehairs. :) I'm loving that Paradise Palms!

Pfft, I love how they didn't even finish coloring the hair.

I just have to ask also where the name Princess Crash comes from?

I tried Googling it, but instead I got some very sad photos of the accident that killed Princess Diana.

I'm exponentially curious. She's a really pretty, and interesting pony!

Agreed. Bobby is quite manly.

I'm sure he would have no trouble with the ladies.

Aww I think of it as short for Roberta, but then again, I know a Roberta in real life who goes by Bobbie. :)

This might make a good excuse to visit my cousin in Orlando. :frolic:

I don't think I'm ever gonna get enough of Bobbie. :lovey: She's my favorite color combination and looks like she just has a really sweet and pleasant personality.

MLP Nirvana / Re: Tell me about your favourite Nirvana!

My favorite is Argentina Sugarberry!

Not only does she have the lovely shy pose, but her blue hair is just fantastic!  My favorite thing about her, though, are her tomatoes.
...and the thought of a factory worker perusing the Hasbro Pony-Making Guide and saying, "What the f*** is a strawberry?  It's a what?  No.  Kids won't get that.  Make them tomatoes."

Love her!

If anyone knows her *real* origin story, shut up!  Let me have my dreams. ;)

Oooh! I had no idea that a tomato pony really existed. I had a dream once about a white So Soft unicorn with tomato vine symbols, and I've been working on plans to turn her into a custom because she was so pretty and I just love the concept so much. Now I'm wondering if maybe my subconscious was actually thinking of this nirvana instead, and perhaps that inspired it!

For Sale - For Auction / Re: Lotsa fakies for sale!!

Ditabee, I think that's either a Barbie seahorse or a Little Mermaid seahorse. Does it say Mattel or Tyco anywhere?

Princess Crash? Never heard of her, but I'm interested!

Makes me think of Crash Bandicoot!
