WHile this can be a fun/funny topic to discuss, the people who are Nazis about how they like their toilet paper drive me crazy. Whether the toilet paper is hanging above or below is SO not important compared to all the other things I have to worry about  in my day. Personally, I don't care where it is or how it hangs as long as I can easily get to it. LOL

I agree. At the end of the day, as long as there's t.p. within range of the loo, all is well. I hate when there's no t.p. left and you have to call for help.

Under the roll so when pesky animals try to unravel it, it just spins and spins without unraveling!

Unless they figure out how to roll it back towards the wall....well then I am in trouble!

I actually sit it on the back of the potty. My poodle umm he rips them all off the role if they are on the holder.

Nope....my rolls are 3 high on a cute "goose" vertical holder. Easier for the grandkids to grab and unravel - worse than any cat!

my folks house has a butterchurn next to the toilet, holds 3 rolls inside it with one on top, so theyre vertical too.

Over the roll is the right and only way. The lid of the toilet must also be kept closed at all times the toilet is not used. Otherwise I'll become really difficult to live with.

Depends on which bathroom. I think my sister's is vertical, but I'm not in there often. The hall bathroom it just sits out on the counter because the roll is awkwardly positioned. And my mom has to have it over, even though I think under is better when the cats are frisky (now that they're grown up, it's not a problem anymore, but when they were little...)

I prefer it to hang over the roll. Under the roll is akin to blasphemy and is not tolerable.

Omgs I feel the exact same way, actually underhand DRIVES ME CRAZY and I CHANGE it every single time...I am sooo OCD about this.
