  Another mom at the daycare had noticed that I had blindbags hanging off of my purse and took some time to ask me about where to find 2 almost 3yo appropriate versions of the toys... and express her disapproval of the fact that the ponies are super skinny now. She also waxed poetic about how the old ones (G1) looked like you could drive a Mack over them and still be left with something cute and playable.

I don't like how they made G4s skinny too.  I mean, they're horses, they don't need to be so scrawny!

That's good!  The drop of glue on a SS doesn't sound fun though.

I think it's a piece of neck glue, it's right at the bottom of her neck. The glue is really hard though.

Sadly I think ALL toys are going this way. All the dolls are so skinny with big heads! I don't know when this trend got popular, but I think it has something to do with anime? Bring back the chubby ponies

I do like G4s, but G1s will always be my fave

I just saw a porcelain. On eBay I didn't know I needed because I didn't know they made her loose on her own and not as a duo or trio set scene! Gosh how will I know who else I may be missing
