Recent Facebook Market finds!

Usually Im not so lucky with FB market place, I always seem to miss out on the posts by a few hours and someone snags it first, even lately I’ve been out bid on Ebay deals (most recently a $200 lot with Mimic and a windy/summer wing pony lot.

But this weekend, I’ve been very lucky, I found e great deals on lots.

I saw a lot of  45 ponies for $25 CDN that was mostly G3’s (most I had) and fakies, but after zooming in I spotted Mail Order Flutter Pony Hollywood, as well as Flutter Lily, Paradise Baby Beach Ball, SS Frilly Frocks and a Merry Go Round Pony Tassels (with a bad hair cut). It was hard to gauge their condition but I jumped on it anyways. I got the ponies today and they were pretty rough, most of the G3’s have matted hair, (I think I can save a couple (thankfully the ones I don’t have).

Thankfully, the G1’s were actually in a lot better shape then the G3’s and 95% of the marks on them came off.  I’ll post some pictures of a few of them once their hair dries.

The second one was $60 USD for a lot of 22 ponies. (Haven’t received this in the mail yet)

You cleaned them up nicely.

I only got a luck find once and still not as lucky as you because it shipped with the show stable and the shipping was more costly than I expected.  But my collection pretty much doubled and the ponies were minty.

Thanks everyone! Hollywoods hair is really dry and frizzy still, I might try the conditioner/straighter method to make it look a little nicer, but Beach Ball came out way better than I expected.

I ordered new hair for Tassels, I’m going to  re-hair her  with really pink hair like her back card shows. I already have a tassels, so I thought it would be fun to have one that matches the merchandise. I was always sort of confused as a kid why my pony didn’t quite have the same hair colour as the box.

I’ll post it once I get around to re-hairing her, still waiting for the hair to arrive.

Frilly Flower is the proper name of that pony. Unless Frilly Frocks is your personal name for her.
