One of my main fandoms at the moment is the Object Show Community. It's essentially a fandom of people making content about anthropomorphic object characters! Many fans are aspiring young animators.
The name comes from the fact that many people in the fandom have made their own series of web animations about their object OCs. Some of these object shows end up getting pretty popular! Popular ones include Battle for Dream Island (which was the first object show and started the whole fandom), Inanimate Insanity, Contest for Millions of Thousands, Object Overload, and many more!
These shows use a style of Flash/Adobe Animate animation that consists of each character having a main body called their 'asset', along with some simple limbs and a face.
I've been wanting to practice making body assets for objects. While I do have some experience, I still haven't mastered vector-based asset making. I was stumped on what to make as practice, until I thought of ponies!
So to hone my skills, I tried turning G3 Minty into an OSC object! I went with the BFB art style because that's my favorite object show, and it's one of the most popular styles to imitate in the OSC right now.
The main asset is a little messy because it was made with vector tools and I'm not so good with those yet, but the face and legs were drawn in a regular bitmap art program so they look a bit better.

However, I think I might do more ponies to objects art as asset practice in the future, and I'll post it in this thread!
