Yes, day of the dead skulls have the name of the person they represent when they were living written on them. So in life, Skelita was a girl named Katrina.

Ugh, what is with all the balding dolls lately? x_x If I pay $25+ for a doll, I'd expect her to have a decent amount of hair. Is it just Dance Class and PD dolls that have hair problems or is Scaris affected too?
