She's pretty cute. I like the looking-up pose! To me she's kind of a wet SS Shady despite predating her, the same way Whitecap is a wet Glory, and High Tide is a wet Posey. I know that they're not identical (in fact, with her eye color, High Tide is more like a wet Kiss Curl), but for me the body and hair colors jump out and say, "Hey! It's THAT PONY!" I don't know if it's the same for anybody else, but I find it hard to memorize Sea Pony names since they don't have symbols and have fewer poses. That's strange because I can identify most land ponies without seeing their symbols! I'm getting better, though! It helps if I set up in my head that wet Posey=High Tide, for example. To me, she'll always share part of her identity with Shady, but she's cute in her own right!
I agree! And I think of Wave Jumper as a sea pony version of Bow Tie.

Lots of sentimental value for this sea pony. I got her when I was a kid She was secondhand, like most of my ponies in the early 90s, but somehow I still got her (and her friend, watercolor Baby Foamy) with their floats.

Did anyone manage to get more than one galaran ponyta? I didn’t know it was a limited 2 day thing until after it was over. I only got one I hoard ponytas..
I did, but only two. I think that they can hatch out of 7 km eggs now, though!

Yay, new Pokemon! Some Kalos region Pokemon are getting added to the game in December. I'm especially looking forward to Fennekin How often are you guys playing? What are you up to these days? I'm casually playing a few minutes most days, trying to complete the Victini research task (I'm way behind . . . )

G1: Not following the RaMC art style into the show, not keeping Megan as a cowgirl.
I agree. I think that G3 should have had male ponies and more baby ponies.

I got one years ago and customized her -- my first attempt. It didn't go well, lol
I have a soft spot for Crumpet fakies in general. I've found a few over the years and passed them on. Most fakies who used actual pony molds I like.

But Glory's set was available here for a long period at a lot of stores (Argos, Smyths, Toymaster) so maybe we got some excess originally intended for the States.
We have the same boxes as the US so that isn't impossible.
That's really interesting, because at least where I was, the first set of rainbow ponies was on the shelves while the unicorn/pegasi set was nowhere to be found. I saw some at a liquidation store and picked up Glory finally. I think the rainbow ponies weren't selling fast enough here so they didn't always put the unipegs on the shelves.
Well, we didn't get them in the eighties like you guys did Maybe it was our turn
Lol that must be it!

My parents helped me buy High Tide this year for my birthday! My goal last year (and this year) has been to complete my Year 3 sea pony set, but it's slow going. This set is ridiculously hard to find, and when they are found they are *expensive.* This one came from Etsy. I was so grateful to get this pretty girl with her pink hair She has a marker (?) mark on her tail, but I don't mind it. So happy to finally have her! Thanks for looking! (sorry the pictures aren't better! shell if you're curious is from Clipper's Sail) visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or login

I've been checking Target endcaps for a little while and finally found the entire set yesterday! They must have recently been put on the shelves because the whole box (two Sparklers, two Gustys, Surprise, and Heart Throb) was there. visitors can't see pics , please register or login

Hi! I have a lot of extra Pokemon cards that I'm selling on Ebay, including regular cards, EX/GX/V/full art cards, trainer cards, and energy cards. There are so many I'm also selling a 3DS XL along with Animal Crossing: New Leaf and some Tokidoki Unicornos. Come check them out using the link below! https://www.ebay.com/sch/rockettglory/m.html?_trksid=p3692

You mean pretty bow isn’t a UK exclusive?!?! 😂😂😂 oh man what a trip down memory lane!
Though in seriousness, there was a lot of unpleasantness at the time. It was very hard to be someone not from the US when DV was the only site dictating what ponies were sold everywhere.
And it took a lot of work to get to the point that we have the better int'l knowledge we have today. Which is absolutely no thanks to DV.
When did you make your site, Taffeta?
