4th Annual Metro East St Louis Pony Meet

Okay all you St. Louis and surrounding area ponies. Are you all ready for our 4th annual pony meet?     
Sorry it took me so long to post this. I was busy getting ready for the fair. I hope everyone can make it!

It will be held in Belleville, IL. again across the river from St. Louis. Same location as last year. If it’s your first year joining us I will pm you the address.
We will be having our potluck again so please bring a delicious side or desert. Every year we seem to have some great food! I will be supplying hot dogs, Bbq pulled chicken, my delicious Zacora’s witches brew, and other assortment of drinks.

It will take place September 17th from 10AM-?. Unfortunately this year some rules have to be put into affect due to my husband’s health. He doesn’t have a good immune system so please no children under 10 and if you are sick or possibly could be getting sick please stay home. I hate putting these rules into place but he can get sick very easily even from a simple little cold.

What’s planned so far:
BBQ/potluck
buying/selling/trading (bring those extras)
pony related gift exchange ($20 minimum) bring a gift to participate in a fun exchange
Wack a fakie
Pony toss
Scavenger Hunt
and much more

Please RSVP by September 10th and let me know how many is coming and what you are bringing to the potluck. Husbands, boyfriends, and fiancés are welcome. They usually have there own little guy meet. LOL byob

My mom is thinking about taking me. Driving in Belleville scares me, lol.  She may make her potato salad. It's amazing. Hopefully I don't have to back out this year.

It's getting closer! Only a few weeks away! 

Just wanted to remind everyone if you would like to join in on the gift exchange please bring a wrapped gift with you. Try to stay around the $20 mark. We will be playing a fun little game with them. Sunshine is working on that for us.  The majority of your gift needs to be pony related. Feel free to include other odds n ends if you like.

Also, is there a game or games you would definitely like to see return again this year that we had a blast playing in the past?

No, we don't have one so everyone coming please let me know what you are bringing.
I will provide drinks, hot dogs, and bbq pulled chicken. Might even decide to get more depending on what everyone is bringing.
