Well in excess of 100.  Some physical, some electronic.  A couple are re-reads of my daughter's stuff that I loved as a child.  I am officially addicted to the printed word...

I used to read quite a bit, but I'll admit I've read less than 5 books in the last four years.

I always had my nose in a book as a child, but as I've gotten older I've had less and less time to read unfortunately. I read about six or seven books on a two week holiday earlier this year, just like old times!!

When I was in school I used to read a ton of books. Lately I don't anymore, and I spend more time on the internet instead. I guess it doesn't really matter or anything, but I feel guilty about it if I remember how few books I've read recently. When I think about it, I think I voted wrong, I've definitely read more than twenty, but that doesn't compare with the 100+ I used to read per year when I was a teenager.

I'm not counting books I've read before, though - I have this thing where I adore reading my same library of favorite books over and over. For instance, I might read Memoirs of a Bookbat every four or five months, and I'll get hungry for The Enchanted Forest Chronicles once a year.

Oh, wait, I forgot when I discovered the e-Library earlier this year! okay, so I read more than I thought. :) (I used it to catch up on the Warriors (cats) books. I wanted to see what was happening in the series since I abandoned/boycotted it after the Power of Three, but I didn't want to spend money on books I might end up hating with a passion.)
I'll put something here some time

My mother in law gave me her kindle as she didn't like it as much as her ipad kindle app which was larger for her, so that's opened up a lot more reading for me, as I don't always lug books around with me, but the kindle fits in my purse easily, and I can actually read on the matte screen of a kindle as opposed to a tablet, which hurts my eyes if I get too focused on it. I've probably read close on 15 books this year, lots of anthologies of short stories by my favourite authors, as well as some stuff I don't normally read, trying to widen my horizons in my literature preferences.

My daughter started reading those for the first time this year. I have to make frequent trips to the library so she can voraciously devour the next book in line. She'll probably get completely through them soon.

I'm on my 69th book so far this year, which is a new record for me in reading.
The last three years I've set my goal at Goodreads:

https://www.goodreads.com/user/show/9628548-catharina

I mostly reading paperbacks, but I've read quite a few e-books this year as well. However, I always prefer real books, the feel and the smell of them. I'm big on reading if you can't tell haha always have been, but I'm reading faster nowasdays then I was a couple of years ago.

I try to avoid re-reads but sometimes I can't help myself. This year it was "The Three Musketeers" that I read as a teenager.

I've read a handful of books this year...maybe a dozen or so. I just finished Blindsight. If you're into hardcore sci-fi, you'll love it.

I used to DEVOUR books when I was a kid, before I got super into art/making things... now it's much slower going because I have so many things I like to do. What I've been doing is reading while I walk on the treadmill at the gym. Combine two good things! I have been to busy/lazy/whatever to go in a week or two though. I wanna find out what happens in the book, so I better get off my butt soon!

Currently reading: Star Trek Federation
Next: Re-read of Understanding Comics
Then: Reset my library pin number so I can check out the Dexter books

I got a Nook tablet last year and according to it I've read 34 books so far this year. Some of them were short though. I love my Nook but I still like real books too.
