I would usually nap on Sunday afternoons before but now that baby's here, I nab naps whenever I need them/can get them.

Having two active healthy little kids is wonderful and tiring. But I also have ME, so I take a naps with the baby when she sleeps most days

I used to nap sometimes before I had kids, and after I had them, they became a necessity. I don't always get enough sleep during the night, my daughter is sometimes up at 6:30 am and I can't manage to go to sleep before midnight. I nap whenever she naps, sometime in the early afternoon when my son is still in daycare (since he doesn't nap that often anymore).

I don't know if you could honestly call it a nap though.  Still, I end up getting in some extra sleeping almost everyday.

I LOVE NAPS!!!!   I would have one every day of I could but I have 2 small kids.  I usually get one a week though.

I tend to pass out every time I get back from school. Thankfully I'll be done in two weeks!

I take naps on the weekend. I've never heard of feeling sick after taking a nap, that stinks! Sad face.
