Change head and elastic?

I recently got a extra loose GB Draculaura to fix my ver2 that came wit a defective arm.

Since the peg of the forearm snapped when I touched it when I was unboxing her  but the joint was deformed in both sides, so I want swap the head of the ver 2 that has a perfect face and hair to the body of the GB one.

Also I got a loose sig Frankie but one of the elastic of her hips is damaged, how do I fix it?

So I want to know how to do this stuff easily.

For the heads, it's a simple matter, just run the neck of it under hot tap water. Don't get her hair wet if your afraid of glue. When the head plastic is warm, it'll pop off with a firm, straight pull.

There is a turotial for fixing the elastics in th legs but I don't have it saved :s hopefully someone will come along and link you.

Also, I've had success in removing a MH head without water. Try giving a firm tug straight up.
