Hello everyone,
I thought of a fun mlp what if scenario and thought I'd share it here.
Here goe.: Would you rather:
A. Have an endless supply of special 'mint'spray. A spray that turns any pony in bad condition brand new. Works for any gen but not fakies.
B. Have a bag where you can put in a fakie pony and get a real one back. You can pick the gen yourself. The more fakies, the rarer/more expensive the pony you get is.
I think I'd go with A. You're sure of what you are getting and it would be nice to buy baity ponies for cheap(er) and fix them yourself.
What do you think?

Part of the fun for me is restoring the baits myself! I'm one of those people who will look for a wanted pony in a lot or at a thrift shop before looking to buy individually. I come across a lot of boring fakies when I thrift, so I'd definitely choose B.

A! I would use it on some of my childhood ponies.

If I could choose between those two, then B is the obvious answer to me. Just think about the possibilities. Order the cheapest fakies in bulk from China, pour them into the magic bag until a Rapunzel or a Takara pops out, sell it on eBay at a bargain price, then spend the profits on even more fakies. Rinse, repeat. Become a fakie baron and retire early.

Between the two, I would go with A! I love fixing up ponies and all, but if there was a magical spray to fix all the issues I don't know how to fix just yet, I would love that!

I would go with A. I would love to improve all the so-so ponies I have. It would also be a way to make money by buying lots with bait ponies and fixing them up to sell. I also don’t have any fakes.

B. I like to do the restoring...it is relaxing and satisfying. But if I could just produce more ponies practically out of thin air, I would absolutely want to do that! I always end up with fakies by accident because so many lots come with them slipped in. You didn't specify whether the ponies coming out of the generator are in mint condition or not...but either way, I'd either be getting more ponies to restore or really good condition ones I could either keep or sell.

I would be all about the mint spray and I'd finally have a mint Gingerbread and Sweet Stuff!

B I think! I love restoring ponies, so I don't think I'd want to make it an instant thing. The work you put into restoring is what makes it so satisfying!
I do like and collect some fakies, but I find doubles of some fakies a lot (especially Dollar Tree ones!), so being able to slam fake doubles or just fakies I don't like as much into something and get real ponies that I would want in exchange sounds nice.

A, because Sea Murk wants to be Sea Mist again & I don't have much sun where I live. Would also be used a LOAD on frizzy hair.

I would choose B.
I like minty ponies, but I have a lot of ponies I'm fond of who have odd flaws here and there. I'd also be sad to remove some of the proof of my childhood on the ones I grew up with. Even if those flaws made me sad at the time they happened. I don't want to remove the nostalgia of it as a toy I loved.
But I also like the idea of a surprise from a bag of fakies. It's closer to the sensation of going to a carboot sale, digging in a bag and not knowing what pony you might find. I remember when there used to be ponies at every carboot sale, back in the 1990s...and that feeling was the best. Going and getting a surprise whatever you found. Even if it was a double. So I'd definitely like that option better.

I would most likely get the Mintyfy spray (A). It would fix limb loss, fading pink, acne cream damage, sunburn, regrind, pindot, flocking loss, sticky symbols,... Absolutely wonderful !
Though, I would loose the ability to get prototypes or ultra rare nirvanas for the cost of fakies. :c I guess I'll just have to get in touch with someone whom choose B or finding the ponies on my own.

I would go with A! I am a huge lover of fakies so I wouldn't want to sacrifice them!
