Looking for someone willing to make me a custom

I have never, ever done this commissioning thing before so I apologize if I'm going about this all the wrong way.

I've got a job that pays $50 a week, so if at all possible to do this for $50 or less, that would be great, I would otherwise take a week longer to pay.

I am looking for someone who will make me a g4 custom of my oc, Carcina.
She is a pretty simple design I think, the big kicker being four colours in her hair.

Carcina is a lavender Unicorn pony with brown eyes and very long hair in 4 shades of blue.
I can simplify it to 3 colours if I really need to to avoid having to pay way more than I can afford.

A couple of ponies I'm looking to buy but am not finding easily on ebay. If you are selling any of these ponies please leave me a comment or send me a message about what you're asking for it.

• Princess Rinse n Spit: I am not looking for any particular version! As long as she is in decent condition, I do not care about her colours or whether or not she has a mechanism.
• Tosty Fakies: Same as Princess RnS, I don't care at all about which version as long as it's in decent condition. I'm not a very picky collector.
• Birthday Pony: It is almost my 17th birthday and I'd really like to get this pony as sort of a gift to myself She is harder to come by than I anticipated, though... I'm looking to get her for as cheap as possible, so I'm interested even if she's sort of baity.

I would recommend Gotbunny as a custom artist. She made me my ponysona, and two OCs of mine, I would really recommend her, her work is top notch!
