Just a super quick question if it's okay to post it here, in the Division 3 where it says no Hasbro ponies, does that include Luna on the cloud there or is the no Hasbro rule just for the running character?

Yes wholly new art in Div 1, the lineart provided is only for Division 3. But you can enter both divisions! ;)
Started coloring the lineart and I was wondering: this definitely has a friendship is magic vibe and I'm not at all familiar with the cartoon... are the buildings in the picture based off of any specific houses from the cartoon? If they are I might still end up choosing my own colors but there are some bits of the houses where I'm not sure what's what so if there's references it would help. :blush:

I finished mine after much frustration and indecision about both the colours and symbol, but she just doesn't seem very Halloween to me so I don't know if I want to enter her. >_< Half an hour to decide! :lol:

You twisted my arm. :P It's not about winning for me in the long run anyway, I just like all the themed art, so I guess I shouldn't be shamed to throw in one extra pony to the mix. Did you enter? :biggrin:
