Not sure if this is the right forum but is this easy to do? Has anyone tried to do it?

You could try posting in Customs too, since someone might have tried to do that for a custom. :)
Thank you Thimble for my amazingly cute avatar!

It shouldn't be too difficult. Granted, I've never switched heads, but I have popped them off and reattached them. You don't need a knife or anything, just get the plastic good and warm with either a blowdryer or hot water and muscle it off, then do the same thing to soften it before reattaching :3

Yup, I just loosen them up with hot water and they pop right off;) Didn't think of a hair dryer but that'll work too!

Thx!

I'm such a chicken when it comes to modifying my ponies. I'm doing some customs with molded hair and I had such a hard time removing Fluttershy's, Pinkie's, and Rarity's hair. It not like we don't have more of them!
