I know Nimrodel and her husband are into board and tabletop games, and Erick is huge on them as well. Maybe we can do some gaming as a side activity, for whoever wamts to? We have a moderate selection of tabletop games we could pick from to bring.

Also literally JUST got this idea right while I’m phone typing. You know how furry meet + con attendees wear badges of their characters? We need to do the same. For identification purposes. (And showing off cool OC ponies purposes!)
I can't say I'd mind a badge with my pony OC! Hey Blackfrost! Wanna make badges at the meet? 
Speaking of furry cons, are you going to be going to Furry Migration this year?

March 31st works for us!  We unfortunately cannot make the other dates, but if either of them are chosen, no worries, we'll see you guys at some point in time this year.

The forecast doesn't look promising. Today I limited my preparations to rearranging the basement and situating the other rooms.
Tomorrow the plan would be to start working on at least 2 of the dishes I will provide. We are supposed to have more than 12 people.
If the weather is bad enough that at least 1/3 of the meet doesn't show, it may become an issue.
I offer the option of postponing a month, and rescheduling for Saturday March 17th. The main
