With the resurrection of G1s would anyone be interested in a jumbo-sized pony?
I'd like one that matches My Pretty Pony's dimensions but produced in soft plastic without the gimmicks. Possibly a single one-off release of "styling" Peachy as a nod to the recolored version of My Pretty Pony or maybe the first collector set.
Thoughts?

Giant G1s? Count me in for sure! That would be pretty awesome :frolic: I have a bit of a soft spot for the styling size ponies.
-
That would be very cool to see :D Personally, I would like it better if they released miniatures for space reasons and because I like mini things :)
-
**grabbyhands** I'd whine until I got one. Or them all. Whichever D:
-
I would love to see that!
The only trouble is ... which pony would it be? Giant Peachy sounds terrifying
-
Maybe mystery pony from Rescue at Midnight Castle with a giant cat wouldn't be a terrible choice?

I am kind of with Safflower on this. I have space issues :/

Heavens, YES. Excellent idea. Please put me down for six
-
I'd be down for both styling sized ones as well as miniatures.

I just came back to this thread and only just saw this comment.
I am now traumatised by the thought of a giant Peachy terrorising a city (sort of Ghostbusters Stay Puft style...)

Nah. Have no space for giant toys and it would be crazy expensive. Its why I won't buy Our Generation Horses either. Plus, I don't like the Collector's Pose.
-
Too big for me.
I like tiny things.
-
I would love a giant Glory to go with regular Glory and tiny Glory! Can't say I'd be too interested in a giant CP pony though. My Pretty Pony already kinda weirds me out.

I second this! I love things that are either huge representations of the original, or tiny miniatures. ^.^
-
I'm on team miniature! But I'd still love to see a large pony!
-
I think a giant mountain boy would be lovely! The hooves could be very detailed.
-
Not really. The newer fashion ponies are about as big as I like to get. Even the g3 styling ponies were too big for me.
-
Count me in, I'd totally go for that. As for space issues, eh, I'd turf the husband or one of the kids out.
-
I would LOVE that. But not Peachy. We already have My Pretty Pony for that... If it has to be an early pony, why not Sundance (in her own pose, not the collectors pose)? :D

😂 that's the spirit!

I never really thought of her but Sundance would be amazing, an iconic choice!

I like the idea in theory. In practice.. eeehh.. I'm limited in space and besides, I prefer little things :p But knowing me I'd probably change my tune if they ever did release a giant G1 :P (well apart from My Pretty Pony, I mean)

Nope. I see how much love people have for Soft Sleepy Newborns and their giganticness (yes, BBE's too), I don't see that going over too well...
-
I can't say I'm a fan...

Noooooo. This already happened--they were called Soft Sleepy Newborns, and they looked like they were just BEGGING to be the MLP version of Chucky.

I had one growing up, and we called it Monster Pony. My brother used to run around and pretend it was stomping all my ponies to death, like Ponyzilla or something. Under the circumstances, I don't think I can trust Hasbro with gigantic G1s ever again.

Nope, not too fond of this idea. Considering how much the 35 year anniversary ponies cost here in Sweden compared to the US, I donĀ“t even wanna start to think about how much a giant one would be
