what it says!
what's the most random, weird MLP-related thing you're currently in search of?
mine is G1 sparkle Baby Firefly with a certain factory error. her mane is the normal blonde-yellow but her tail is the same color as Crumpet or Lucky Leaf's hair. I know she's a factory error because my childhood one is like this! I've also seen one for sale on Ponyology (but it was already bought) and I think I asked about her a few years back and someone said they'd seen/had one as well. I want to eventually replace my childhood ponies with collection pieces and she's just not Sparkle Baby Firefly without that gold tail!

Nothing too strange for me, just white nirvana variants of ponies that weren't white in the US, or Surprise in Firefly's pose cuz I love that pose from childhood.
Also Argentina Northstar because her symbol is different due to being in a different language.

Coral haired Starglow is a bit randomly specific I suppose. I also wouldn’t mind a UK cookery apron or one of those yellow seethrough satchels that came with some UK ponies as I had both of those as a child. Still...not that random though!

in terms of weird official merch? I want to someday find one of those Mcdonalds G1 bookmarks. I also wanna find a G2 goodie bag from the UK, and when I find it, I'll pin it on my corkboard wall <3
Other than that, there's a few fakies in particular I'm in search of: Obviously a Princess Rinse-n-Spits...fakie takaras, but I hear even those are rare to come across. Genuine Buddy L fakie, because I have a fake Buddy L and the knock off gen previous with the real Buddy Ls are really appealing to me with their molded reins. Oh and FILLYS! I have too many friends outside the US who have exposed me to them and I want one of my own despite them not actually being sold in the US anymore.

I'm on a tail hunt yet again... this time it's Sunlight's, or any white-haired g1s! I plan on dyeing it pale blue to match (or at least try to match) my Greek Bluebelle, who has a bald butt.

Uhhh, the weirdest? I guess that'd be Cutesaurus fakies? I know dinosaur toys with doll hair aren't very conventional, but I've fallen in love and think they're neat. They're not too common (an understatement, really) but I'll be keeping an eye out I suppose. My fakie needs some friends!

haha I love this about collecting. if I told some of my friends that I was hunting for a certain pony's tail, just the tail, I'd get the most confused looks.

The My Little Pony Lazer Blazer stickers. I had a set when I was little but I think they got thrown away. I've seen tons of other Lazer Blazer stickers but don't see the pony ones come up very often.
The stamp that looks like Twilight the unicorn . I've seen a few others for sale but never a Twilight one.

Wind Whistler! She's not really weird on her own - the weird thing is that I have two customs of her and two in the making and I STILL haven't gotten the original!

For me it is finding that pool linger for paradise estates, I have the rest of the building parts but not that one yet. I keep looking and have yet to find one all on its lonesome.
