honestly half of it for me is just seeing the changes a simple oxiclean bath can make!!!  also yeah ok it's gross but it's such a relief to be able to take a rusty washer out and clean some of these ponies that have been needing some tlc for like, decades, it's a lot of work but it's SO worth it in the end <3

awe, i have a twilight!!!  her horn needed some work done when she first came in and i haven't yet been able to blend the paint to match her too well yet, but she's sooo pretty regardless!

y'know, maybe i am open to changing my mind on the donkey pose, i get what people are saying about just how much personality it has!! 

hi everyone!!!  i'm new here so i wanted to just take a moment and say a little bit about myself!  so for one i'm 19 and a college sophomore going to school in connecticut, i'm majoring in women's studies and eventually want to go into library science because i believe access to information and resources is important to everyone so that's kind of my way of contributing to that!  however considering my major as well as being trans and all (i use he/they pronouns!) i end up dealing with a lot of less-than-wholesome content so recently i've gotten back into my little pony which was an incredibly special part of my childhood, and honestly it's really helped me a lot  in regard to which generations i collect, i suppose it's somewhat complicated,  i have a good amount of g4 and a few g5 ponies (the six inch ponies are adorable!) as well as some g3 ponies and a g2 i've acquired via (happy) accident, but my favorite generation of ponies has to be the first one!!!  i may be unwittingly building a unicorn army though, so there's that too haha regardless though, i'm very excited to be here and i look forward to talking with you all!!!
