I recently filed 4 cases because during the postal strike, 4 ebay lots I won went missing. Normally I hate filing cases too but I learned my lesson last year when I trusted 2 people who said "please be patient, it might be held up" to the point that it was beyond me being able to claim, and they simply stopped responding to me. They are still selling on ebay and have several bad feed backs along the same lines regarding ponies but nobody seems to care. I lost my money and no ponies to show for it. I learned that really, if you open a case and everything gets resolved, it does nobody any harm and the case gets closed, all good. If it goes bad, you get your refund.

Really don't be sad about it, just do it.

Okay so... she... sent me money back. But not a refund through eBay, she just... sent me the same amount... I didn't even check yet if it was a "gift" payment or not, because otherwise of course, I lost fees to her payment... I might still have to open a case. I don't know what to do, the messages sound "Sweet and innocent" and not rude, but... ah well. I have no time to do this until tomorrow so... we'll see
