Hello everyone,
I'm just getting back into pony collecting after a long hiatus. I've moved around and much of my collection has been boxed for the last few years. Getting them out again after such a long time has shown me which parts of my collection I truly love. The sensible thing to do would be to reduce my collection down to what I really love and call it a day. However... as soon as I unpacked them I started to remember some of my collecting goals; sets that were almost complete, MOC versions I never tracked down, baby ponies without mums! So hopefully I can change up my collection to make it more meaningful.
My collection is mainly G1 and G3, my favourite ponies are probably Fizzy and the entire Sunshine set. My first pony was Beachball (hence the love for the Sunshine set!) and I have to admit that I am old enough to have bought her off the shelf with my pocket money in the late 80s :lookround:
I also collect Pullips, so you might see me at the dollhouse too. My other hobby is sewing, although I've never sewn anything for a doll or a pony strangely! Nobody is interested in my collection really IRL, so I thought it might be nice to come back here and chat with likeminded souls.
I did have an account here many years ago but have no idea of the username or email. I didn't post much, I was always more of a lurker anyway!

Hi, welcome (back) to the Arena! The Sunshine set is beautiful, I only have Seaflower and Beachball but I would like to complete it. You should check out the arts and crafts corral, there are a few sewing (and knitting/crocheting/embroidering) topics :) I hope you can change up your collection, I'll see you around!
