My partner and I moved into our new house a few months ago, and it's finally time to unpack the ponies!!
We've both got a couple of large boxes full of ponies & pony stuff. But currently no place to put them. So now we've got to undertake (dun dun dun!) Project Pony Room!
We have a small unfinished storage room, and it's the only space we have available for ponies unless we were to use the basement. But unfinished 2nd floor room seems a lot cleaner w/less potential for mold than a basement. So today I started clearing it out and measuring. I bought fabric to cover the walls, and a big rug for the floor. Once those arrive this week I'll be sure to post an update of the space!
For now, here's a shot of the empty space, and all of our boxes full of ponies waiting to be set free!
Former pony room in my old house: (missing a bunch of G3s and some other stuff, but you get the jist)

Day 2!
I've spent probably about 8 hours over the past 2 days stapling fabric onto studs and building the white bookcases.
The fabric was way more of a pain than I anticipated, and doesn't look quite as nice as I was hoping for. But I'm sure once the room is full of ponies the wrinkles and weirdness won't even be noticeable.
Progress!

Day 3!
Got my rug today! A day early no less
I set up a table under the window for G1 playsets, luckily I had a perfectly green spare sheet lying around for a grassy finish
Finally started sloooowly unpacking ponies! Probably only 1-2 more days of work, and thats just the fun stuff, unpacking & organizing the displays. We'll have to get another set of acrylic nail polish racks to hang below the ones we have, but might not be for a little while so we'll have to make due
Getting there!

Day 4!All of my ponies have been unpacked onto their shelves! I have more petite playsets coming, so they will require some rearranging. My partners G4 display (from day3) is over flowing so we need to invest in more racks, and she needs some sort of long low table for all her G4 playsets. So now the focus will shift to improvements to the G4 wall
Overall, the big projects are done. After all, when is a pony room ever done!?
