To decard or not to decard poor condition MOC Skydancer? :edit: PRICE CHECK!

This is my only MOC G1 and it is in very poor condition. The pony is perfect but the packaging has all sorts of issues~ badly bent corners, the bubble is only half attached, the whole card is warped. Since Skydancer is such a common pony, and considering the condition of the card, would I be better to just decard her and have a mint pony? I don't collect MOC/MIb and have no where to put her. I'd love to hear your opinions!

Personally I'd leave her on the card, I guess with time she will eventually come outa there.  She is fantastic!

I'm not a MIB/MOC collector myself, I barely have space to have ponies that are free. The card does look in pretty bad shape though so personally I'd definitely decard, though I'd probably keep the card minus the plastic bubble just because I keep all of that kind of stuff.

I would decard her! In such a way she could be slipped bach in her bubble...

I would only decard her if the pony itself was in danger of getting stained from the card, or if dust came in.
But in the end, it's your pony, and you should have her in whatever state makes you happiest!

I wouldn't. Just me though. The card is whole, just bent. Without the card she's just another sickly common pony. I'd find some sort of little shadow box or display box to put her mib into so it doesn't get any more bent out of shape.

Thanks everyone! I guess when I really think about it, I DO like that she is still on her card even if it is so damaged... Just since she is my only one and I do have a loose one in good condition! Would it cause more damage to try to seal the bubble with the tiniest bit of super glue or is that a no-no with MOCs? I'd like to be able to display her on my wall if I'm going to keep her this way

You could always sell her and try to find a mint one with the extra money

Leave on the card. You can try and fix the card, by putting a bit of tape on the bubble edges so it doesn't open. And the bent corners can be straitened a bit too. As they say, you can always sell it if you don't want the pony on card and buy a mint Skydancer with that money.

I would attempt to flatten the card. I was able to do this with several of my G2s and they looked SO much better!

I'd see if I could trade her for a really minty loose pony if that's what you really want. MOC's are rare, in any shape. I hang my MOC's on the wall and they look great!

Judging from the picture, she looks like that has already been the case. The tape is removed from the back and it looks like the comb side has coming off. I would not consider her MOC

I would decard her but you could also take Galactica up on her offer.
