Calling All Accessory Nuts: A couple of brushes and a pick to ID
« on: February 08, 2013, 02:22:01 PM »
I have some brushes and a comb with unusual shades that I can't place with a pony.
The flower brush is a light mint green.
The shooting star brush looks to be orange.
The bright pink glittery pick has lots of glitter so I suspect it came with an European Princess

My best guess is that the mint green flower came with Wild Flower and the gold star brush is from the Dream Castle.  I'm not entirely sure though so I'm sure a resident accessory guru will be along shortly to confirm or deny.  The sparkly pick though I'm really unsure on but agree it's probably a Euro Princess accessory.

I can confirm the gold star brush did indeed come with the dream castle play set.

I think the red princess pick might be Princess Sparkle's (the sparkly, light-up international one.). :)

The star brush in the middle comes with a Nirvana but for the life of me I cant think who it is off the top of my head. I thought it was Italian Gusty. A lot of the Italian Unis and Pegs came with yellow star comes in all shades from yellow to gold.

The green flower looks like Tossles and the pink glitter pick is indeed from the UK/Euro Princess Sparkle.

The golden star brush in the middles puzzles me... I have a ton of them, so I can't imagine it would have come from an international pony... Since it is so common I would guess either the DC (as already mentioned) or Sunbeam the unicorn.

..... maybe Hcat was right.... photo from Wiki... although the colors still look slightly off....

Can't add much to hathorcat or ChipsteRJ, but I'm think the shooting star brush you have is too orange/gold to be the one that usually came with US Sunbeam (which is more of a straight-up yellow) or the Dream Castle (which I thought was close to if not identical to Sunbeam's?).  But if ChipsteRJ is running into them left and right then I'd guess it's Dream Castle but not US Sunbeam.
Looking for CF Minty, excellent condition! (and maybe Snuzzle and Blue Belle)

Dosen't Dabble come with a Dark Gold Shooting Star Brush? I've only seen images of her MIB but that's the color I always thought I saw her with.

Dabbles is a much lighter yellow - more like Sunbeams to be honest.

If Chip is coming across so many of them in this shade, I am thinking it must be Dream Castle and perhaps there is some variation in colour in the DC as my MIB is def more like Sunbeams in shade but the set was released in so many ways at so many times a little variety in the colour of the accompanying brush wouldnt be too surprising.
