Uhm as far as I remember I bought them all in Germany :D
But I can't say if they sold them her back in the 80's or 90's, I don't remember them at all =)

They are not sold any more - they were out in the mid to late 90s - you could find them in US discount stores like Big Lots.

Some of the ponies from the sheep/panda/goat set were found in 2007 at a discount store in europe. The photo below shows a pic of the old "coloring kiddies" G1 (rehaired) next the 2007 one.  Although the only one left for me to find is the sheep (hint hint).
