Haha, yeah. It's not that I don't like the toy-only characters. Some are quite pretty and I do feel tempted sometimes.

But on the other hand Cheerilee and the mane 6 are all pretty much the same toy with minor differences to eye shapes and wings/horns. Technically I have 7 of the same toy... so buying even more of the same toy, only with different colors, feels like overkill.

I know that is kind of what MLP is about, but atleast in earlier generations there were different poses. (and the G4 raised leg pose is so similar to the standard one, I don't see why they even bothered).

However, when Hasbro makes characters from the show that I like, I will feel very compelled to buy them nonetheless.

I considered it, but nah. It does have some similarity to Opalescence, but since it's pink and not sold with Rarity it doesn't qualify.
