Hairing question, dolls and ponies

Is it pretty much the same process to rehair a doll as it is a pony? take the hair out, and put in new plugs?

yup, I've rehaired a barbie doll, aside from a ton more plugs, it was the same, I worked from the front to back on it, but center out might have been easier

yeah, front to back worked out quite well for me too as long as you keep the hair flipped forward, you just have to find a way to keep the hair out of your way, never tried it from the center out, but thinking about it, I think it would have been easier, or working back to front

back to front might be easiest, then the hair would fall down, and wouldn't have to worry about keeping it up the whole time.
