Post by: okiegurl1981 on January 25, 2012, 08:06:56 PM
A new custom video (I'm up to 5 now whoo!) This one features me rambling on about ponies and apoxie clay, and the in's and out's of it.  ^.^

Good for you sweetie :D that is a great idea, and I am sure a fantastic tool for new customizers. It was really kind of you to make such a video :)

I know in the video you don't use fimo due to your lack of cooking skills, however do you know if you can use the lotion on fimo to achieve a similar smoothing effect? When sculpting my biggest downfall is the dreaded fingerprints.

Very nice! I like your tool kit. And that corset pony at the end is lovely!

I'm not sure, because I've never used it.  I *think* I remember seeing you can use alchol to smooth it, but not 100% sure.  Maybe someone with more knowledge on the oven bake clay can chime in. :)

Thanks! I know when I was starting out, I had a question every 5 minutes it seemed. :)  I know I learn better by watching rather than reading, so I hope my videos are helping at least one person out!
