G3’s most sought after ponies?

I think someone mentioned Puzzlemint? Did she get a release without the G3 video game?  Also Coocnut Cream was a little hard to find back when I first starting getting back in to ponies. I remember when she was posted for sale there were always several people interested in her.

Puzzlement is one of the G3s I really like- so I would probably not sell her if I ever found her But I rarely do see her... Not that I have been looking that hard though

What about Fingerpaints? Wasn’t she only released in that four-pack?

I had Fingerpaints but I don't remember if she came with other ponies, those I'm inclined not to think so, considering I mostly got individuals ponies due to my lack of interest in non-white ponies. I hope to find her at the flea market someday cuz I only sold her for $4-5 and wouldn't want to pay more than that to get her back.

Fingerpaints is cheap and easy to find. I've seen her go for maybe 7 or 8 bucks.

Puzzlemint never got an official re-release, but a significant number showed up loose on eBay from Chinese sellers, so she's not as scarce as she would be otherwise.

I am still trying to work out how she got a release in the UK. Where's Sunsparkle when I need to pick her brains about the UK release? Did we have the game here too?

I got my Puzzlemint loose and if I am thinking of the right pony, I am pretty sure she came from a fair here, so we must have had a release of some kind...

I believe there were three ponies sold with one of the castles as a 2006 Black Friday bundle at Walmart. I'm assuming those three would be harder to find than most ponies. I've got Royal Beauty from that bundle.

The international and convention exclusives , for sure.  The ones that weren't sold in the USA...

To me, this is probably the extent of rare G3 characters. The others I've probably all found at least once.

Edit: I forgot- aren't Beach Belle and Caribbean Delight also sought after?

It's a very silly term, but I agree that "international exclusives" are often the most highly desirable of the mass-market ponies. The later-year SLH ponies, especially Rainbow Bubbles and Snowdrop Swirl, are probably the best examples. But for obsessive dedicated G3 enthusiasts, even "common" ponies like Minty and Wysteria have certain sought-after versions that were only sold outside of the US. I'd be thrilled to trade a boring old Winter or Valentines exclusive pony for an Easter Egg Serendipity!

Did the Moonlight Celebration version of Tink-a-tink-a-too end up coming down in price? I don't see people ask about her very often anymore, but maybe they all just gave up on her like I did.
