Title: Arena banner at top is gone?

I noticed that a lot of the time, the top site banner (shown below) doesn't display when I'm clicking around the forums. At first I thought it was completely at random, but after experimentation I found that the error only occurs when viewing the listing of threads under sub-categories/sub-boards. Is this happening for anyone else or just me?
