She's *gorgeous* IRL...

I don't know much about this pony though... are there others like her?

There are!
G3 art ponies is what they are called I believe. They were mostly at conventions.
The one you have is really pretty, I love the neon blue hair and designs.

Sunny Grace (yellow and black, that's her name, right?)
and the pink one (does she have a name?)

She is such a lovely pony. There were quite a few G3 art ponies or artistic ponies.

I would love for them to bring back the art ponies for collectors.
