When I got WaePonies' form she said she was a huge fan of Samwise Gamgee. I didn't even need to look further, I knew I had to make her a Sam Pony. He wasn't my best work, but he still makes me think of Sam and I love his little frying pans. Anyhow, here he is:

Ohmygosh it's Sam! :D I love him to death--especially all the detail you put into his outfit, and those darling curls under his hood. Was there anything particularly challenging about making him? It looks like you put a lot of time and love into putting him together. ^.^

He's amazing, his face reminds me so much of Sam, such a kind but determined expression under those curls. ^.^
I love all the little details you've added, especially those hairy hind hooves! I didn't notice them at first, but when I did!

Well, I was never truly happy with his hair. I wanted to give him a wig like I did my pony Jareth but I didn't know whether my partner would like that. I kind of wish I'd have gone for it. Shirts on ponies are always hard, it always makes me groan at the idea. But it actually went together okay. I LOVE details. The details are what makes me the most excited about a custom XD particularly a based-on-a-character custom.

I love him and his must-have accessories you included. He looks so much like Sam! The eyebrows are a nice touch that I wouldn't have thought of!
-
I'm normally not a fan of people made into ponies, but you've really captured him! Fabulous work! :)

Wow, is Sam! Is a perfect custom, I love the real clothes and his eyes, is the same character into a pony! Congratulations.

I am a big eyebrows-on-character-ponies person. I know its weird-looking but its really the only way to really make the pony look like the certain person. People underestimate how important eyebrows are in coveying character- especially men. Pony toys may not have eyebrows but in the cartoons they often get eyebrow lines to show they are emoting.
