This is Splish Splash from one of the G3 animations.
Her design is my favorite, and there was no official merch of her made, so I decided to make a custom.

she's gorgeous!!! always thought more of the animation-only ponies (mainly pegasi) should've gotten their own figures. Scoop Smile & Lyra Shine would both be cute too

Love her!!! Though I'm more into all the unicorns G3 never made toys of, I like some of the pegasi too

What a cool pony, I never knew about her so I had to look her up.  You did a great job bringing her to life!  And I agree that she is  a great looking pony design.
