Here a pic of mine between her sisters Baby Würfelchen and Baby Schlummerlein.
Hard to find and loved just as much my little precious. Her English name is Baby Bubbles.

Hello Everypony,

I have been away for quite a while  and pretty busy but I love this side anyway and have always enjoyed it. More as a reader than a writer but now I want to ask for some prices. I am not going to sell them at the moment but I'd like to know what about they are worth.

MOC Baby Schoolbag
MOC Baby Alphabet
MOC Baby Pictures
MOC Baby Berrytown
MOC Baby Meadowsweet
MOC Baby Sunbright

I don't have a picture at hand but they are in very good condition, no yellowing of the bubble nor price tags, etc.

I'd be really happy if someone could give me an estimated price range. Thanks a lot in advance!

Pony Corral / Re: Does regluing heads on G1s devalue them?
« on: August 29, 2014, 09:56:01 AM »
If I remove heads it's usually for a good reason. It has to be done correctly and carefully to not damage the inner ring or rip the neck seam. For my part, I always mention it when selling and I never glue them back on. Has never been a problem so far.
As a buyer I'd rather have a loose head on my pony when it's done well than a pony that moulds from the inside. Have some ponies that just had to be beheaded because I could already tell from the outside that it was not just a little rust on the tail and they came out quite nice like my CP Applejack or Barnacle. And it was really ugly to see what was actually going on inside.
When it comes to value, well, it's probably a matter of taste and how well it's been done.

Thanks to everyone, I'm not sure what I'll do with her yet. She looks kind of odd between my G1 ponies but she is damn cute...

This is a absolutely amazing, wonderful work! I'm so impressed, seen lots of customs but this is the only one I would love to have myself. Very well done with so much love and the details...simply WOW...

Had something similar happen to a G1    Cherry Treats, her body was really hard and the hair just fell out. Probably due to wrong storage the plastic and the glue dry out and that's the result. That's the sad part about collecting old ponies, some nasty surprises show up once in a while.

What an awesome lot! That would cheer me up, too. Wonderful additions and the baby is a great surprise, I've been hunting for that one for quite a while but have never been lucky. So enjoy them ;)

Seller says from South America, that's all the input I have. Since I thought she was pretty I purchased her anyway. Hope she is not a fake...marking under one hoof says only Made in China. I thought she might be one of the Brazil Exclusives, four Babyzillas were relaesed there according to mylittlewiki.

She could also be the Mexican large baby Minty, released with Desert Rose, makes more sense to me. Just found another page via google referring to these ponies and they say they are very similar to the Brazilian ones.

Hi Everypony,

I just came across this big beauty and was wondering how she is priced. I checked the archives but prices varied a lot and referred to mib mostly. Condition is good, mane a bit dry at the ends, but no major flaws.

I agree with everything written here. Pictures are part of the description and if someone is unsure about something they should simply ask before and not try to get their money back after - what is quite easy when paid with PayPal and most of the time the decision will be in favour of the buyer...thanks to ebay for no seller protection.

I just sold a very nice Strawberry Surprise G1, and I mean really nice, and the buyer first nagged me about paypal payment, what is always suspicious because I don't offer it for buyers within Germany, just because of the ridiciulous fees. Everytime somebody insists on PP I've had problems with the buyers. Last time somebody claimed she received an almost empty package (non pony item) but couldn't even prove that the cardboard box had been damaged because she had thrown it away right after delivery - yeah right...if she had made a complaint immidiately to the post man there would have been something I could have done but this way nothing was possible although I did try for weeks. No pictures, no proof, no refund.

Anyway, about the G1 that sold for just 5€ - I took pictures from every angle, even underneath, and she was in perfect shape. After delivery the buyer claimed that it was discoulered under the mane and it had cuts. Completely surprised I asked her to send me pictures - might have overlooked something, I'm only human. Looking at the pics it was not possible to tell what she was seeing - checked them on different screens, asked other people but no one saw a discoularation. And the "cuts" she claimed where the factory marks on the neck seam where the head is glued to the body!
I told her if she didn't want the pony I'd rather take it back and pay for the postage (what I really didn't have to) and find a nicer home for her but I am not giving her a discount (that is what she was trying to get) on an already low price since the pony is not damaged as she claimed. She was not happy with my answer but told me she wanted to keep it and kind enough to leave positive feedback.
That is why I am also, after 12 years of almost only good experiences, quite sick of EvilBay.

Hmm, it's not that easy to make up the prefect time but for my sales in Germany ending an auction on a Friday night is the worst case - here most people don't spend their first evening of the weekend in front of the computer but due to the Ebay app most people are always available and on the hunt. Saturday and Sunday evening seem to work best here for ending an auction. It is also proven that the time of year also plays a role. Summer holidays are not so effective as the three months before Christmas. There is another high in January when people sell unwanted presents and then the selling rate goes down.

I believe for pony collectors these points are not so important. I personally check Ebay regularly for the ponies I want - then it doesn't matter to me when the auction ends especially due to different time zones since I buy a lot from the US.

Anyway, as a general rule I would always make sure that it ends in the evening, mornings don't sell as high.
