Wow..that's sound bad..I really didn't know.. >_< I read in some place that acne cream was good to remove hightlighters but now I do not use it anymore. I guess I will try just the sun fading.

Especially where you live, sunfading shouldn't take more than a few days!  :D   I live in Canada, it takes 3x longer to sunfade a pony now than when I used to live in the southern USA.

such a lovely and exciting find :) I think she is perfect as is, a few marks don't matter she is ageing and has been loved and played with, the marks are just a remind of this :P

Indeed.. and we are in spring here but it's so hot that reminds me the summer  -_-
I'll try the sunfading and I just threw out the acne cream  :yikes: nevermore  -_-

I  think the same and I guess the black marks can stay... The hair are a little better now. I think I'll not make a rehair  ^.^

Congratulations on your wonderful find! How exciting!

Please be careful to cover her hair entirely when sunfading! I've heard stories of Brazilian ponies' hair being damaged (becoming more brittle and breaking I believe). I've never sunfaded a Brazilian pony before but I would take extra care with her.

I'll do it! I've already sunfading my brazilian sugarberry and with her, was all ok. But I will have extra care indeed

I'll use this tutorial as guide:

http://mlparena.com/index.php/topic,288994.0.html

But I'll test a small area with the white craft paint and alcohol I have here and if it works, I'll put her on sun =)

You did a great job!!

BTW, wanted to ask. That white cage you have there... where did you get it from? I'd love something similar for a display I have in mind.

Have you conditioned her hair? That can help soften and detangle rough hair :) if you are very careful you can use a flat iron to straighten the hair, but you need to be VERY careful.

Hey, everyone! I was looking her better and I decided didn't fix the black pen dots.. She is already great and I have fear to make something wrong...  So, I give up the sunfading and I'll leave her with the tiny dots!  :)

You did a great job!!

I love those little cages! They are cases for candles or just for ornaments! I have a lot of these and they are great for an additional item in a photo! I usually but them in decoration stores or flower shops!  :lovey:
