Small, red, plastic barrette with 2 birds on it.  I got it in a lot of ponies from eBay, it was in Cotton Candy's mane.

They're vintage barrettes for children's hair.  They were super popular in the 80s!

Thanks StoryDreamer!  I didn't think it looked like MLP, but there are a million other lines it could have belonged to.  I never even considered it might be a kid's barrette. Great video, btw.

Oh my! So many memories! I had those in yellow and blue! My mom would put them in my hair. I guess a little girl used her barrettes on her ponies.

I had that barrette when I was little too!! They came in other colors/animals too...I can remember purple poodles  :)
