What ponies do you collect?

G1 everything and G4 brushables and fashion styles. I'll pick up other random G4 merch too if it's cute.

G1: everything!
G2: just some of what I find second hand (which isn't much here in Canada  )
G3: ponies and a few of the earlier play sets and accessories. I'm not interested in multiple versions of the same pony though or the Comic Con exclusives.
G3.5: Nothing!
G4: I started off only buying only the brushable ponies that I saw second hand and thought they were nice. But then when the water cuties came out I had to get them all. I felt the same about the headband Starlight Glimmer. I also want all the pearly/glitter ones when they become available in store. So my interest in G4s is expanding, but still just to the ones I like.

G1: A little bit of everything. Mostly ponies I wanted in childhood or my early collecting years at this point which is only a few now.
G2: Whatever I can find of the non-US ponies for a good price. I'm not actively collecting them but I don't really turn them down ether.
G3: None really, apart from the few I still have.
G3.5: If I find a big plush baby I don't have I will get it .
G4: Mainly Fluttershy, Discord, snowglobe ponies, some of the giant styling ponies and blindbags. Other than that I get one version of each pony if I happen to find it.

No in reality I focus on G1 - I collect ponies, playsets and accessories. The other generations I really only collect if I happen to like a particular pony or two. I was more active with G4 but real life has made it hard to keep up with them so now all I do is collect unique releases.
