I'm having issues breaking apart my chocolate orange...

My nephew takes melatonin to help him sleep.  He says it works really well for him.

My trivial complaint is that I stayed up way too late doing last minute Cyber Monday shopping and now I am tired but I have to work today so sleeping in later isn't an option.   

I tried melatonin once but it it wound me up even more.  I might need to give it another try though.

I went to Wal-Mart to pick up my medicine and get a few things. My sister wanted to get some groceries, so we went separate ways in the store. I got done quickly since I only had like 5 items after I got my meds, so I did self check-out and parked (I have to use an electric cart) next to the hair salon out of the way and waited for my sister to get to the check-out. It took forever and there were more and more people coming in. It was too loud and bright and people kept making eye contact with me, so I started to panic. My sister had the keys to the car and I had no idea where she was. She finally showed up and I couldn't get out of there fast enough.

I've had a headache all day since then. I have anxiety medicine I can take if I start to panic or get too nervous, but I don't keep any in my bag and I was going to my parents house afterward. I should put some in there so I have it on hand if that happens again.

Today has barely started and already it’s not been a good day.

I don't feel very well today. I've a headache, my throat hurts from coughing last night and now my stomach is bothering me. It might all be stress related from yesterday. Hopefully I just need a day or two to recover and I haven't picked up any germs. I wore my mask and disinfected my cart so I should be okay.

I would like it if it snowed and it didn't melt within 2 days. Winter is just depressing when it's muddy and cold.

It was my first day back volunteering today and of course, the customers were just the worst. I've been struggling with anxiety for the past few days (despite making conscious efforts to get it under control) and I really didn't need to be dealing with loud, entitled, rude, obnoxious people today.

Got deadlines to meet and images are rendering much too slow and I don’t know why. And my blind pet goldfish is behaving oddly (it’s swimming and behaving normal, but it’s upside down.) and the looming pressure of Christmas and gift giving. Been having crazy deja vu lately too, so I have no idea what’s happening anymore.  And on top of that I’ve been having nightmares the last two days.

Can I just go into hibernation now? The bears had the right idea!

its allergy season in Central Texas. I've also been having nightmares. I'm just overall annoyed.

Aside from my daughter and my boyfriend, who unfortunately can't be here, I don't want to spend christmas with my family. We're driving each other up a wall.
