I made an offer on a couple of hodgemo2's ponies and we settled quickly on a price. She accidentally mixed up mine and another Arena member's ponies while mailing them, but when the mistake was noticed, she was quick to react and handled the situation well. We ended up exchanging parcels with the other member in question, hodgemo2 covering the shipping costs. She kept in touch through the entire process and responded lightning fast to PMs and inquiries. I wish every seller communicated like this!
