I love boiled eggs, soft or hard. I also love the smell of fried eggs, but I never eat that for some reason.

Oh, I can't believe I forgot to mention a delicacy native to my country! EGG BUTTER. (Luckily I also ticked 'other' ) It's basically just boiled eggs chopped finely, mixed with butter and seasoned with a pinch of salt. I occasionally replace some of the butter with cottage cheese to make it a bit lighter. Egg butter is traditionally served with Karelian pasties or different types of flatbread such as lepuska, made with mashed potatoes and barley flour.

Eggs Benedict.  But the eggs must be hard-poached.  Runny eggs make me gag.

Unfortunately for me it's no eggs. I love the taste of well made scrambled eggs and hard boiled eggs from time to time, but my stomach doesn't love them as much as my mouth and so I've had to give them up.

Guess I could've checked candy ones though but somehow my eyes skimmed right passed that line. xD

I'm a vegetarian, but eggs are OK for me, I like to eat the ones my in-laws' chickens lay soft or hard-boiled, fried, but mostly as omelette, especially with mushrooms.

I started substituting eggs with tofu a while back, and I must say, I find a tofu scramble far more delicious than scrambled eggs.

I. LOVE. EGGS.

Scramble are my favorite for breakfast, but I love me some omelets too.  Quiche is yummy yummy and deviled eggs are perfect for picnics and cookouts (which I attend a lot of in the summer, so I tend to be the one bringing the deviled eggs).

Hard boiled eggs are good too, especially in salads.  My only problem with eggs is... well...

I like certain types of eggs, I guess, but they smell horrible to me. And I really hate scrambled. But poached eggs are pretty good....haven't had those in a while.

I'm... well, I'm a pescetarian, but before I added seafood to compromise with my husband, I knew I could never give up eggs and dairy. There are great substitutes nowadays for both, but... meh. Eggs.

I make a mean omelette, and I love quiche. Scrambled is my default preparation method though, or made into a patty and incorporated into a sandwich. <3 Oh, and deviled eggs. Those are godly. And egg salad. You know what? I just love eggs.

But if my egg is runny... it shall go uneaten. Eeewwwww.
