In a fan of eggnog and when eggs are used as an ingredient in a recipe (crêpes, cookies, etc.) but when they are they main ingredient I just can't stand them. They've always come across as too rubbery for me.

I'm an ovo-lacto vegetarian, so I do eat eggs. Lately, I've taken to always having eggs in the house, because our oven's broken and there are many fast, tasty dishes you can make with eggs that do not need an oven. As dinner or just a snack, I often make fried eggs or omelette (preferrably with cheese and / or tomatoes). My friend makes very tasty fried-egg sandwiches with capers. I also enjoy eating boiled eggs for breakfast. Oh, and chocolate eggs are lovely, too, of course, especially filled with caramel.

I eat eggs in almost every way, shape and form, except raw. Soft boiled eggs for breakfast, hard boiled eggs after work out, omelett for dinner, fried with cheese on top on a hamburger. Scrambled whenever I eat breakfast on a hotel. My favorites are the chockade ones though.

I dislike fried eggs - I don't like the way the white goes crispy around the edges.

Also, heads-up, certain vegetarians eat eggs! They are called ovo-vegetarians. Im actually lacto-veg meaning the only animal product I eat is dairy. Even if I wasnt allergic to eggs I wouldnt eat them. I like to hatch eggs instead! =]  (fertilized chicken eggs, reptile eggs, etc.) I think dinosaur eggs are cute <3

Hard boiled eggs on a picnic! They're really nice when they're cold and nestled among a raucously leafy salad. Also chocolate eggs are always a win for me.

Eggs? Yes please! Soft-boiled, hard-boiled, fried, scrambled, omelette... My new favourite is tamagoyaki, there is just something special about the combination of egg, soy sauce and a hint of sweetness from the sugar. Yum! (Tamagoyaki, cucumber, and carrot make my favourite maki sushi filling, too. )

I very rarely eat eggs, but I like them scrambled (hard). If it counts, my all-time favorite candy is Hershey's Milk Chocolate Candy-Coated Eggs that you get at Easter. Mmm!

I am a huge fan of eggs too. I am doing a lot of elimination experimenting to find sensitivities and I am NOT going to be a happy camper on egg week. I feel like I can give up anything except eggs, fruit and salsa.

How do I like my eggs cooked? Yes. All of them!! My fave lately is an omlete cooked with scallions, spinach, parmesan, and shrimp, then topped with avocado slices. YUMMY!

Maybe when things calm down a bit ill try egg whites again and see if anything had changed.
