Glo Friends Brag! Update: and a cleaning question

I always feel a little weird bragging about stuff I found, but I'm so excited by these!

Glo Friends! I do collect these, although I don't seek them out and don't know too much about them, except that until now I kept finding the same few (common ones?) over and over again. So when I came across a bag of these today for under $3, only one or two of which I already have, and no Glo Butterfly (so sick of that one), I was so happy! I'm most excited about the Snail!

Anyone else collect Glo Friends?


UPDATE: OK, so I knew there was a practical reason I was forgetting for starting this topic...

Can these guys be sunfaded? I'd think they can't because it would damage the glow-in-the-dark plastic (assuming it still works), but the snail has a large blue ink spot that's clearly bled into the plastic and I'm wondering if there's a way to fade it. It on the base; you can see it in the picture.

As far as cleaning I was going to ask the same thing. I have one with an ink mark too and I was concerned about what the sun would do to the glow in the darm element. Wish I knew.

Not sure about cleaning. Would guess if you covered up everything but the spot to fade, and if you'd check it pretty regularly that it would be ok, kinda like ponies...
The big one and the two with their sleeping bags (or things that you hook to your button) I had as a kid...
I think they're cute and if I find them I keep them; a collection I wouldn't mind adding to...

Oh you have their sleeping bags! I found two recently and almost got rid of them because I didn't know they were from this line; yes, thank goodness for Ghost of a Doll! Even though I liked the show when I was little, until fairly recently, I never had any of the toys except a few Glo Butterflies.

Actually, I do plan on selling the extra Butterflies and now Doodlebugs, since I have 3 of each.

I might just do like you suggested mlp4me with fading the blue spot. Even if that one area stops glowing, as long as the rest of it is fine, I wouldn't mind.

Im not sure, hun.  I remember finding some quite a few years back but I ended up selling them to someone that collected.
