Probably the previous owner playing with makeup then. :s Warm water/soap or washing up liquid should take that away, use a q-tip and place her so she's upside down or at least face-down to drain out any extra moisture.

I got some off it off/out with a qtip.  it seems like flavored lip gloss. 

I do not want to know how you sussed out it was "flavoured"

HOLD THE PRESS!!!  UGH!  I got her out to clean... and maybe remove the dress, and found EYE SLIME!!  One of her eyes has thing pinkish slimy stuff in it?  Is that part of the factory-installed lubricant?!     or did the prior owner... uh.. I dunno, pour liquified jello in her?

yeah, i just sniffed the qtip!!!   

I'm just bothered by the fact there's more "in there". :/  I don't think I want to rinse her because she has electronics with her.... maybe I'll just have to dab it our periodically... just hope it doesn't deteriorate anything.
