It could be due to boredom or sheer curiosity, but after watching a YT video of someone unpacking a fakie Cadance drink holder, I kind of want to find and buy them, float ponies in each one, and drop them all in my community pool, just to see what will happen and who finds them. But I have neither the funds or expendable ponies (if they get confiscated) to do that myself.
Has anyone played a prank with their ponies before, on some unwitting suspect?

I haven't pulled a pony prank, but I have thought of taking photos of ponies with fading pink hair in my windowsill just to shake people. (My window blocks a lot of UV rays, so it wouldn't do any damage for just a few minutes.)

I've used random bait heads to startle my sister on occassion (just like leaving them in random places). Also recently when I got a baity McD's pony with gross rotting hair, I grinned, looked her in the eye, and pulled the hair out. It was hilarious to watch her horrified shock before I explained about the hair rot lol.

I like to drive my husband crazy by hiding ponies around the house for him to encounter at random. (He hates ponies and was so disappointed when I started collecting them, lol.) Other than that, I haven't played any pranks with the ponies. Although I kind of like the idea of hiding expendable ponies at public places and seeing who finds them -- the children's section of the local library is probably the safest place so that the ponies end up in (hopefully) good homes.
