She looks like a rehair. I know of one with yellow hair and blue hair, haven't seen this colour before.

I think you are right about the rehair part. it dosen't feel like MLP hair, not even dry MLP hair. It's very course material. I do think she looks nice with that burgandy colored hair though.

No, she is not a rehair. There are three agrie pinwheels with different mane colors. Red, blue and yellow.

About the PC... No clue, sorry. I'm sure the Argie experts can help you here.

I have seen yellow and blue I can't remember what shade the red hair is.

She's a rehair. There's an argie pinwheel with red hair indeed, but this is not the red that was used by top toys on their ponies. Here's an original:

I love her with red. Even as a rehair, I think she's stunning and her gentle waves add a nice touch.

The hair doesn't look original to me either, but she does look nice in that colour No idea on value I'm afraid though (I suck with Argie prices!)
