I vote for Nightmare Moon, the sketch already looks like her and I like the idea of Luna facing her past, kind of. Like it's an inner battle or something.

It's looking great so far! No matter what you decide I'm sure it'll look fab when finished.

I was working on the Luna/Nightmare Moon image and Sai had a fatal canvas error and corrupted. I can't get it or any image to open up right now. this really really is not a good thing cause I've depended on that program to do my art because I love how smooth it is and the rotating canvas thing works so much better than Photoshop's rotating feature that they've put in.


but right now I am upset and I'm going to bed and hoping to the high ones that Sai works tomorrow and I didn't just loose three hours worth of work.

I don't know what happened but I was able to open the document and see what saved/didn't save. and not all is lost! I just lost all the background/foreground work I had laid down!!!

He looks handsome! Love his feathered feet and the clever patterns, they give him a very unique look. I'm not sure what the patterning reminds me of, maybe some kind of a fish or some other sea creature.
